By accessing or using the EnVision website or platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

EnVision provides procurement pricing intelligence tools for hospital supply chain teams. Our Services include a web-based platform, browser extension, and related documentation.

EnVision is a procurement analytics and workflow tool. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Account Registration

Access to the EnVision platform requires an organizational account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Permitted Use

You agree to use our Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services to process data unrelated to procurement
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, documentation, and design, are owned by EnVision, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your organization's procurement data remains your property.

• EnVision is not a substitute for professional procurement, legal, or financial advice.
• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnVision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the applicable subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be deactivated and data will be handled per the data retention terms in your agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your subscription agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
